Emergency Physicians Affiliates (EPA) was formed in 1973 and is engaged in the business of recruiting and scheduling Emergency Physicians for medical coverage of the Emergency Departments located in South and Central Texas, but primarily for the Baptist Health System (BHS) in San Antonio, Texas. EPA has been the sole emergency services provider to the BHS for over 35 years.
