Job Details

Patient volumes are typically much lower than hospital-based Emergency Departments.  Our physicians enjoy the slower pace because they are able to spend more time with their patients and provide the type of “unrushed” care that is so much more rewarding than that of traditional Hospital-based Emergency Departments.  Physicians benefit from the relaxed setting of the Emergency Specialty Hospitals while still having all the back-up support of the Baptist Health System.

Our physicians benefit from being Independent Contractors, and have the ability to work in our hospital-based EDs as well as the Emergency Speciality Hospitals. Hourly compensation is extremely competitive, with malpractice and tail premiums covered by EPA.
